How did you get into aerial?
I discovered aerial while traveling. Ladies would be hanging from the trees in parks, just doing their thing.  I found it fascinating!

What do you love about aerial?
I love how I feel after an aerial class... Full of energy!! There is something to be said about hanging upside down.
It also allows me to open up my body and be free!

Thoughts during and after class?

When shown how to climb the silks the instructor made it look so easy. I thought I  would never be able to climb to the top. After  attending a few classes I was improving..... on one side. I would like to be fluent on both sides of my  body.   After class,  I feel energized. A few days after class,  I feel sore but a good sore.

What do you say to your friends when they ask you about this crazy aerial thing you do?
I tell them they should try it! It's playful and challenging. Kinda makes me feel like a kid again.

What is your favorite apparatus/class?
I really enjoy the silks or hammock. I find you can tailor your practice to how you feel. If you want  feel good stretchy,  restorative or a challenging practice.
