Meet Jenny Parker

What is your favorite apparatus/class?
Aerial Silks

How long have you been doing aerial?
A LONG time... Like 2.5 years.

What do you love about aerial?
Once in awhile there is something I can manage to do without throwing up, or looking like I’m about to die; that makes it worth it.

What were your thoughts during/after your first class?

I thought I was going into cardiac arrest.

Do you have any funny stories?

One time Felicia made me to some crazy flip, and I accidentally slapped her glasses off her face and almost threw up. That was a good time.

Any accomplishments that you want to share?

It took me a year to figure out how to climb (not an exaggeration) and when I finally got it, I was pretty proud of myself.

What do you do when your not hanging upside down in class?
Well, I am a Journalism student at Iowa State University, and I also work at the Iowa Veterans Home, and I Belly Dance as well.

Anything else you would like to share?
I’m just glad Felicia hasn’t kicked me out of class yet. ;)
